Absolutely fantastic service. They were friendly and went above and beyond. And the location was excellent. Whiskey row is fun and this hotel was right on it. There is a good restaurant and bar right in the lobby.
But the rooms were very small and had an odd layout with the bathroom area separated from the beds by only a curtain. I don't think the rooms would be comfortable for anything more than a solo traveler or a very close couple. Also, if you don't use valet, which was expensive, parking was almost two blocks away
But that is not the fault of the excellent staff. The service was fantastic.
